Harvest of the Month

Welcome to the Harvest of the Month program, our longest running Community Health program. Harvest of the Month connects the classroom, cafeteria, garden, family, and the Truckee-Tahoe community.

Welcome to BFIT! Tahoe Forest Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers are providing fun exercises focused on injury reduction. We hope to reduce the chance of injuries in the teenage years by teaching young kids how to jump, land and change direction safely, while having fun!
