Overview

Having a personal health care provider, or Primary Care Provider (PCP), can lead to better overall health. Your PCP acts as your main point of contact for all health care needs, including preventive care, as well as treatment for acute and chronic conditions. A provider who knows your health history and needs can help ensure you receive consistent, personalized care.
