With help from our generous community of donors, the Incline Village Community Hospital Foundation was able to elevate patient care by purchasing and/or committing to funding the following life-saving equipment and services:
Surgery Suite Enhancement Project
Fundraising for the Surgery Suite Enhancement Project at Incline Village Community Hospital is now complete thanks to a $1 million gift from the Offerdahl Family Foundation and the transformative $7.8 million grant from the Dave & Cheryl Duffield Foundation — the largest gift in our health system’s history. This project will focus on critical upgrades, including the addition of a new procedure room and enhancements to the first floor of the hospital.
Key upgrades include:
- A new air handler for improved ventilation
- Enhanced data closet for increased technology support
- Full asbestos abatement and flooring replacement
- New post-op recovery space for patient comfort
- Updated registration window for an improved patient experience
- Relocation of the staff lounge
