A Letter from Karli Bunnell, Executive Director
As summer arrives in Lake Tahoe, our Foundation team is looking forward to one of our busiest and most exciting seasons of the year. From community events and donor gatherings to project updates and stewardship efforts, we are grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many of you who make our work possible. We look forward to seeing familiar faces, welcoming new supporters, and celebrating the generosity that continues to strengthen healthcare in our community.
In this edition, we are excited to celebrate the extraordinary $1 million gift from the Offerdahl Family Foundation, which completed the Surgery Enhancement Project campaign and will help transform healthcare at Incline Village Community Hospital. You’ll also find our annual Stewardship Report, highlights from the North Lake Tahoe Community Health Care Auxiliary’s annual Lobster Feed, news of a Nevada Health Authority grant supporting provider recruitment and retention, information about our complimentary charitable estate planning education through Periscope Path, and this year’s Auxiliary’s scholarship recipients.
Thank you for your continued trust, generosity, and commitment to local healthcare. It is an honor to partner with you in supporting exceptional care for Incline Village and the North Lake Tahoe community, and we look forward to seeing many of you throughout the summer.
With gratitude,
Karli Bunnell
Executive Director

Offerdahl Family Foundation Gift
We are incredibly grateful to the Offerdahl Family Foundation for its extraordinary $1 million gift supporting the Surgery Enhancement Project at Incline Village Community Hospital. This transformational contribution, made possible through the generosity and leadership of Richard and Linda Offerdahl, was instrumental in helping the Foundation reach its $10 million fundraising goal. In recognition of their remarkable commitment to our community, the Incline Village Community Hospital Foundation is honored to name the Patient Registration area in their honor.
Richard and Linda’s longstanding dedication to local healthcare reflects a deep belief in the importance of strong community hospitals and compassionate care close to home. Their generosity continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of countless individuals across our region and for generations to come.
Please join us in extending our heartfelt thanks to the Offerdahl Family Foundation, and to Richard and Linda personally, for their remarkable support and enduring commitment to our community.

2025 Stewardship Report
We take great pride in celebrating the Foundation’s annual accomplishments while also educating our communities about our important work. We are grateful for any opportunity to illustrate how the support of our donors helps the Health System provide essential care. With that, we are eager to share our 2025 Stewardship Report in this eNewsletter!
In this latest annual report, we will communicate some impressive patient census data, tell you more about the innovative technology we are helping support, show you how your gifts are helping elevate local healthcare, and provide a brief overview of all the ways in which you can give.
Each year, we look forward to circulating this brochure within our communities – we hope you will be as excited as we are about our successes!
