Spencer McNairy, PT

Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation

Originally from Sonoma, California, Spencer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Oregon State University and went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. With experience treating a broad range of conditions, he has worked with patients recovering from orthopedic and sports-related injuries, stroke, and spinal cord injuries. His approach emphasizes individualized, evidence-based care aimed at restoring function and enhancing quality of life.

Spencer’s favorite part of being a physical therapist is building meaningful relationships with his patients and helping them return to the activities they love to do. Outside of work, Spencer enjoys snowboarding, hunting, fishing, playing golf, watching sports, and spending time on the lake as much as he can. He is proud to be part of the IVCH Physical Therapy and Medical Fitness team and is committed to supporting patients throughout their recovery journey.
