I felt I was more familiar with my request and prescriptions than the doctor. Trying to switch primary care to Tahoe Forest, but was not impressed with the amount of knowledge around LGBTQ health. Discussions were awkward and testing orders were not appropriately filed resulting in delays that are still not finished. Having to go online to complete requests and reduce costs.
