Kristin Walstad has over 20 years experience as a physical therapist. She graduated in Physical Therapy with honors from the University of Montana, and has earned both her certification and diploma in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy from the McKenzie Institute (Dip. MDT).
She specializes in mechanical diagnosis and therapy (MDT), an evidence-based assessment and treatment approach to musculoskeletal problems emphasizing active patient involvement and specific exercises to empower patients to self-treat and prevent spine and extremity problems. Kristin also practices the Leduc Method of lymphedema management.
Kristin is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys skiing, trail and road running, biking, pickle ball and stand up paddle boarding.
