Self-Pay Community Health Labs

Self-Pay Community Health Labs offer low-cost lab testing with or without a provider’s order. These labs are cash pay only; we do not bill your insurance. Payment in full is required at the time of service. A list of available tests and costs is provided below.

For patients with a provider’s order, lab results will be sent to the ordering provider. For patients without a provider’s order, your results will be reviewed by a medical professional and sent directly to you.

Appointments are REQUIRED and available Monday – Friday mornings, 8 – 9:30 am, in both Truckee and Incline Village.

  • This is a low-cost laboratory screening service and cannot be submitted for insurance reimbursement
  • Patients cannot receive Self Pay Community Health Labs and insurance-billed labs on the same visit
• No provider order needed to participate
• Must be 18+ with a photo ID
• Lab results are available in MyChart
