Staff & Process Improvement Team Working to Improve Access to Care

Our Process Improvement Team and Staff have been working diligently to enhance patient access across Tahoe Forest. In May, multiple departments collaborated on a 3-day Value Stream Mapping event, delving deeply into workflows, and identifying key opportunities for improvement.

The map created during this session offered important insights. Since then, our executive team has been prioritizing next steps and timelines to begin real, lasting change. This is all part of our commitment to expanding and improving access to care for every patient we serve.
