Tahoe Forest Pediatrics Vaccine Guidance Update

Dear families of Tahoe Forest Pediatric Clinic,

In light of a recent announcement from the CDC to make major changes to the current childhood vaccine recommendations, the pediatric providers at TFHS would like you to know that our providers and our clinic will continue to follow the guidance and recommendations from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

As we have always done, our office continues to recommend all routine childhood vaccines in accordance with the rigorously tested Immunization Schedule provided by the AAP.  We will continue to have these vaccines available to be given in the time frame and dosing that is recommended by the AAP Immunization Schedule.
