Anna Aldridge, MBA, MS, ATC, is a certified athletic trainer specializing in comprehensive bone, joint, and muscle care for athletes and active individuals of all ages. With advanced training in sports medicine, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, she provides personalized treatment plans designed to help patients prevent injuries, recover safely from injuries, and return to the activities they enjoy most.

Drawing on her MBA education and business background from Capella University, Anna is passionate about expanding access to quality healthcare within the community through outreach initiatives, patient education, and wellness-focused programs. She combines clinical expertise with a community-centered approach to help individuals improve performance, prevent injury, and maintain long-term health and mobility.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Simpson College and her Master of Science degree in Health and Human Physiology from The University of Iowa.
