Incline Village Community Hospital Foundation is constantly seeking ways to support the hospital in achieving its vision to be the best mountain community health system in the nation. For our Foundation, this entails understanding a variety of health issues facing our community and setting goals that increase local access to care.
Over the course of this past winter, due to high levels of snow, road access to and from Incline Village was closed over 20 times! This serves as a reminder of how living in a rural environment requires self-sufficiency. We are so fortunate to have a top-notch medical facility right here in our home town. Our Emergency Room is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Incline Health Center, which sees patients for primary and specialty care, is open Monday through Friday from 9am – 5pm. So regardless of inclement weather or unpredictable road closure, you and your family and friends can keep your scheduled medical appointments or be seen by an ER doctor as quickly as you need to.
Our Foundation is happy to announce that our Friends of the Hospital Donor Wall, located in the east entrance lobby of the hospital, has been updated. The incredible people on this list have contributed very generously to IVCH, and deserve recognition for helping to guarantee that healthcare will always exist right here in Incline Village.
Thank you for everything you do to make our community great!
