What is Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction?
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is an evidence-based eight-week intensive training in mindfulness meditation for use in daily life and to help navigate life's inevitable difficulties. Developing a mindfulness practice helps create greater awareness of the ways unconscious thoughts, feeling and behaviors can undermine emotional and physical health.
Eight-Week MSBR Class
Tuesdays, 5:30 pm to 8 pm
March 13 - May 8
Class includes an all-day retreat
New participants, $300, Repeat participants, $200, (workbook not included, $20)
Free Introductory Sessions
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm on the 4th Thursday of each month - upcoming dates: 1/25, 2/22, 3/22, 4/26 and 5/24
Private Mindfulness and Self-Compassion
Individual packages available for those with or without mindfulness experiences (prices vary)
