Customer Care Navigator
Julie is the newest addition to Tahoe Forest Wellness, where she serves as a Customer Care Navigator dedicated to creating a seamless and supportive experience for every individual she serves. With more than 20 years of leadership in member services, Julie brings a deep understanding of how to effectively support customers and meet their needs. She has successfully guided membership operations for respected associations, including the California State Firefighters’ Association, the California State Sheriffs’ Association, and the California Apartment Association—consistently delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on performance and outcomes.
Now rooted in the Lake Tahoe community, Julie feels deeply connected to the place she calls home. Living on the West Shore with her family, she embraces a balance of wellness and adventure—whether trail running, hiking with her Golden Retriever, enjoying peaceful floats along the Truckee River, or unwinding by the lake with a good book. Her lifestyle reflects the same sense of care, balance, and connection she brings to her work every day.
