Chelsey Barroso, PT, DPT

Profile
Chelsey graduated with her doctorate of physical therapy degree from University of Southern California in 2017. After graduating, she completed her neurologic residency program at USC and started teaching as adjunct faculty in neuro clinical management courses within the DPT program. She received her neurologic clinical specialty certification in 2019 and enjoys working with the neurologic patient population.
Chelsey has worked in a variety of settings including acute rehab, outpatient day rehab and outpatient private practice. She has a special interest in treating and working with those living with concussion, balance and vestibular dysfunction, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, multiple sclerosis and movement disorders.
Chelsey is now happy to call Truckee home. When she is not at the hospital, she enjoys hiking, biking, trail running and hanging with her pup Nellie who is an Australian Kelpie mix.
