Profile
Chelsey Barroso is a Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist with extensive experience in neurologic physical therapy. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2017 and went on to complete a prestigious neurologic residency through the USC/Rancho Los Amigos program in 2018.
Following her residency, Chelsey served as adjunct faculty for the USC DPT program for five years, contributing to the education and development of future physical therapists. Her clinical experience spans a wide range of settings, including acute rehabilitation, outpatient day rehab, and outpatient private practice.
Chelsey has a strong clinical interest in the treatment of individuals with concussion, balance and vestibular disorders, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), multiple sclerosis (MS), and other movement disorders. She is passionate about helping patients improve their mobility, independence, and quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Chelsey enjoys hiking, trail running, biking, and spending time with her husband, daughter, their three dogs, and a lively flock of backyard chickens.
