She is quietly kind and very informative and thorough. I very much have appreciated she always takes the time with all her patients to listen to their concerns... And completely address them. She is obviously very busy... But I never feel... I have wasted her time... And that is the thing that most patients care about... Especially those who may have uncertainty or discomfort when being told about medical issues that might seem scary (not me... But certainly others). This is where her quiet and calm but medically thorough informative style in caring for patients is certainly very appreciated by me. She has been wonderful to have as my ophthalmologist... And I feel very comfortable trusting her with my care.

Dr. Conway was the best eye doctor I had. Very professional, thorough and a warm person. The only minus is that the clinic is in Incline village and not in Truckee as we are senior citizens and prefer services closer to home.

For the reasons I expressed to her. Impt for Dr's to support the patient's feelings when uncomfortable with a referral practice... Dr. Conway completely understood and I received an alternative referral ...
