I appreciate being treated as a partner in healthcare by Dr Hays. I'm a good advocate for myself, and Dr. Hays is a great listener and quickly understands what I'm asking about. He has a way of talking a patient though the exam process, explaining what he's doing and what he is looking or listening for. I feel "seen" in every sense afterward, which is comforting and gives me confidence in the care I receive.
