Dr. Hays is the kindest, most thoughtful , strategic and highly knowledgeable PCP I have ever had including those at Sutter Health and Kaiser. I always leave my time with him feeling heard and understood and never rushed. Keep him happy and keep him on staff! Never let him gohe is that good!

Dr. Hays is very nice but he talked a lot more than he listened. I feel like he downplayed my issues and was more focused on medicating and using the "wait and see" method than finding the root cause of the problem.
