    I felt the care provider was dismissive about my concerns in an area I've had concerns for some time, after spending five minutes with my child.

    I felt like Meggie was fixated on the wrong issues during our appointment, she made me feel as if I was a bad parent. She asked questions in a way that felt like she was baiting me. She brushed over some of my concerns to voice her own. I do not want to use this provider again for my child's care

    I was happy that Meggie was willing to hear my son out on an issue other than for the reason we came. She was great to hear him out and help him with a solution. I was grateful too, that she didn't make us feel like we were terrible for not taking suggested vaccinations. We have left feeling shamed about that before. It's a personal choice and there is no reason to shame.
