I always appreciate how thorough Dr. Samelson is. He lets me ask questions and doesn't make me feel like he's rushed. He is attentive and caring, and of course knowledgeable.

Dr. Samelson has to be the best primary care provider I've ever had. As a nurse, I can be a little more critical of the care I receive as I know the standard of care. However, Dr. Samelson and his office staff are top notch. I didn't go into this appointment with high hopes as I am pregnant and things usually get deferred back to OB. However, I felt like this appointment was even more thorough than usual. I feel heard and exceptionally cared for!

I felt I was more familiar with my request and prescriptions than the doctor. Trying to switch primary care to Tahoe Forest, but was not impressed with the amount of knowledge around LGBTQ health. Discussions were awkward and testing orders were not appropriately filed resulting in delays that are still not finished. Having to go online to complete requests and reduce costs.
