    Dr Brooke has been a real asset to my maintaining my stability. She's recommended effective practical tools for management as well as an ability to understand what are the difficult sticking points in a very complex situation.

    Like I said previously, Brooke is amazing and I'm super happy that she wants me to dress all my trauma before addressing ADHD diagnosisI still feel that I do have ADHD, but I do need to address my trauma first
