Wendy Tylka, PT

Wendy received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Cerritos College in 2005. She has a background in massage therapy, alignment-based yoga, classical and ethnic dance. She teaches senior fitness classes, dance and yoga at the Tahoe Forest Sports Medicine and Therapy Services location.

Prior to moving to Truckee, she worked in San Diego with the pediatric and geriatric populations. She relocated to Truckee and works in the acute care and rehab at Tahoe Forest Hospital. She uses her skills in massage therapy at the Gene Upshaw Memorial Tahoe Forest Cancer Center as well.

On her time off, she can be found enjoying music, dancing, hiking, volunteering at the local animal shelter and having fun!
