Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction: 8-Week Course

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction has been proven to give lasting benefits such as:

Course includes: Mindful Meditation * Gentle Movement (Yoga/QiGong) * Mindful Eating Group Discussion * Understanding of Physiology of Stress

Free Pre-Program Orientation/Screening Class Tuesday, January 6, 5:30 pm- 7:30 pm
Class meets Tuesdays, 9:00-11:00 a.m. OR 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
January 20-March 10, 2015
Participants must choose either morning or evening option.
Plus Saturday Retreat, February 28, 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., at the North Tahoe Event Center
