Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction: 8-Week Course

Mindfulness-Base Stress Reduction has been proven to give lasting benefits such as:

Course includes: Mindful Meditation * Gentle Movement (Yoga/QiGong) * Mindful Eating Group Discussion * Understanding of Physiology of Stress

Class meets Tuesdays, 5:30 p.m.-7:20 p.m.
September 23-November 11, 2014
Plus Saturday Retreat, November 1, 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
