Dr. Hagen completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, OK.  He completed a fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at Barton Lake Tahoe Sports Medicine Orthopaedic Program in July 2018 and is board certified. Dr. Hagen worked with the US Ski Team in 2017.

Dr. Hagen answered all my questions and showed me pertinent parts of my MRI. He also accommodated my request to go over symptoms from a different injury on my knee that was not related to my shoulder injury, which was the primary reason for my appointment.
