The appointment was quality.

This was my first visit after Dr Conway left and Dr Koppinger was terrific, as well as all the staff.

I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect, and they quickly facilitated me seeing an ophthalmologist without delay

This was the first time I have have met Dr. Koppinger... (since Dr. Conway... Who just left the clinic... I was very comfortable with). Since I am heading likely towards bilateral cataract surgery ... Perhaps within the year... And I have another significant surgical issue to deal with within the next 2 weeks... I thought it made sense to meet Dr. Koppinger to be sure I felt comfortable transitioning to him... And to reassess my ocular pressures... Prior to this next surgery (unrelated body part). Thankfully... Unlike several prior Urgent care experiences... I found Dr. Koppinger to be very kind, communicative, and very informative about my ocular issues... I am relieved thus far... I feel comfortable transitioning to his care in the future.

Dr. Koppinger is always very thorough, kind and takes time to explain and answer questions. Wish there were more like him!

Dr. Koppinger, MD is a caring and exceedingly competent ophthalmologist. He was prepared, listened to and acknowledged my issues. He performed exactly the tests I needed concerning my retina as well as the need for cataract surgery. He explained why my vision was poor as a result of the lens changes that occurred following 1997 laser attachment of my serous retinal detachment. No previous ophthalmologist ever explained that. He is an upbeat, cheerful and up-to- date provider. What a pleasant man and provider. He is without question, one of the best doctors I have ever been evaluated by and is truly an asset to TFH. Thank you, Dr Koppinger!

Explains everything

Dr. K is always concerned and gives a good explanation as to what he is doing and why. Very detailed oriented.

I've seen a lot of Drs and have had multiple surgeries (7) from a previous eye surgery to hip replacement; Dr. Koppinger, by far, had the best bedside manner of all the physicians I have seen. I have never understood my surgery better. Additionally, my surgery was a great success.

The Dr always explains his assessments with clarity, answers questions, provides clear recommendations going forward and never gives an impression that he is in a rush to move on.

Dr. Koppinger provided excellent care. He's a friendly, caring physician, who listened to my eye concerns and completed my DMV form at my visit. I'm happy I selected this group to transfer my care to since moving to Incline.
