During Mike's visit, he was seen by the doctor and his assistant. Both were very kind and explained all procedures in a very professional way. The front office people acknowledged us right away and were also helpful and professional.

Best eye exam I've ever experienced. Clear and thorough explanation about my eye health including pictures and graphs. Dr. Koppinger spent considerable time listening to my concerns, providing options and solutions. I'm very impressed with him and his staff. Have already recommended him to family and friends.

Dr. Koppinger was very thorough and very good at explaining. He made a referral for me that I appreciated as I have not been able to get response from another doctor's office. He also gave me a backup person in the Bay Area should the other office not respond, which I greatly appreciate.
