Dr. Pfent is always professional and seems to care but, I have now been told twice in two different visits that he "didn't have time" to discuss another health concern (heart) I had. He stated I should go the emergency room with any "active" heart issue or make an appointment with a cardiologist. I have felt like I don't get his full attention or time to discuss health issues if I didn't specifically schedule an appt for that concern.

Again, I was just a bit surprised.This was in annual physical and I came questions and concerns, but was told the annual physical is only about preventive care. I think if I had other questions other than that preventive care, and I had to make an appointment for each one of my concerns
