Karen Rossman, Athletic Trainer

• Education: Bachelors degree in Athletic Training from Messiah College, Mechanicsburg, PA
• Board Certification: Certified Athletic Trainer; Certified Adaptive and Inclusive Athlete Trainer; Myofascial Decompression Certified

Karen joins Tahoe Forest Orthopedics & Sports medicine after working in the industrial setting through Work-Fit where she supported employee health, injury prevention, ergonomic assessments, and process improvements.

As the former head athletic trainer at The Northwest School through Seattle Children’s Hospital, Karen oversaw athlete injury care, concussion management, return to play progression and community outreach coverage.

Additional clinical experience includes working at JAG Physical Therapy, assisting patients through rehabilitation and recovery in an outpatient setting.
