Molly Sitter is a Certified Athletic Trainer who specializes in providing evidence-based care for athletes recovering from orthopedic injuries, chronic conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation. She has experience working with athletes across a variety of competitive levels, including collegiate and secondary school sports, and is passionate about helping individuals safely return to activity and performance.

Molly is highly skilled in injury evaluation, rehabilitation programming, and manual therapy techniques, including instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), cupping, and therapeutic exercise. Her clinical background includes rotations in collegiate athletics, high school outreach, and orthopedic sports medicine settings, where she has worked alongside athletic trainers, physicians, physician assistants, and rehabilitation specialists.

Molly received her Bachelor of Kinesiology and Health Promotion degree from the University of Wyoming, and her Master of Athletic Training degree at the University of Montana.
