We really appreciate Dr. Vayner and his calm bedside manner. If he's not worried about something then I'm not worried.

I was shocked by what a bad experience we had. He entered the room without introducing himself, greeting us or even acknowledgment our daughter's presence. He proceeded to ask why we were there. The entire appointment he was terse and condescending. He didn't leave us feeling confident in our infant daughter's issue or care at all. We drive two hours through a snow storm to see a pediatric specialist rather than a family doctor and got maybe 1 minute of him telling us what we already knew and giving us no further help, suggestions or reassurance. I would never recommend him to another parent and will definitely not be coming back. After such great experiences with other providers this was so disheartening. And here we are still having the same issue with our daughter and no further along with helping her.

We like Dr. Oleg Vayner. He has seen our daughter a few times and has always been practical, good at explaining everything, and kind.
