Sam Wallace, PT, DPT

Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation

Sam Wallace is originally from Sonoma, CA and has lived on the north shore of Lake Tahoe for over 10 years. Sam has a Bachelors in Science in Applied Physics from UC Davis and later became a Doctor of Physical Therapy through the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Sam is certified by the Titleist Professionals Institute in screening for and treating Golf related functional mobility deficits and has special interests in working with sports related injuries.

Sam’s career started here in the Tahoe Forest Health system and he plans to continue to serve the community of active individuals who love the mountains as much as he does. Sam participates in all the outdoor activities the sierras have to offer. In the winter you will find him in the backcountry on his snowmobile or snowboard and in the summers at the golf course or on the lake. Don’t hesitate to say hi if you happen to catch up to him in the wild.
