Saturday, November 14th
A focus on disease prevention for women, life balance, stress reduction, mindful eating, natural solutions for hormone changes, creativity and healing, skin care and breast health.  On Saturday evening join us for the “Girls on the Run Sierras” LUNAFEST Film Festival in the Village.

Sunday, November 15th
A full health fair designed specially for women, including availability of low-cost health screenings. Join us for optional group exercise classes or group hike in Squaw Valley.

Additional Features

Lab Draw cost: $57 – Lipid Panel – Full Cholesterol Screen and Complete Metabolic Panel – includes Glucose (Diabetes screen, kidney & liver function screening). Register online. Labs must be taken between October 20 and November 9 at a TFHS lab. You must attend Sunday’s Health Fair to receive your lab. A short consult will be provided.
 
LUNAFEST Film Festival, hosted by Girls on the Run Sierras, will take place the evening of Saturday, 11/14. Cost is $49 per person and includes wine, food and the films. All WWW participants will receive $5 off this admission price. LUNAFEST is a film festival with short films made by women, about women, for women. This is a fundraiser for Girls on the Run Sierras.
