2-Hour Workshop for Students Who Are Interested in Trying Out Yoga

Students will learn:

  • basic yoga poses and how to execute them safely and comfortably for their body
  • the fundamentals of yoga in a safe, non-competitive environment with other beginners
  • the names and poses frequently used in group exercise yoga classes

Benefits of yoga can include increased flexibility, strength and body awareness, along with mental focus and emotional relaxation.
