Learn when & how to introduce solid foods to your baby

Foster a healthy relationship with food, right from the start using a baby-led approach!

Learn how to safely and nutritiously start your infant on a path to healthfully eating a wide variety of foods.

  • For Parents of babies 5 - 8 months old, infant
  • caregivers, and anyone wanting evidence-based
  • information on infant food nutrition.

Led by Lisa Fligor, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

$45 (can bring a partner or other caregiver). This class is offered in-person and virtually. Pre-registration required.
