We would love to take this opportunity to give a shout out to some of our favorite fitness center members: Our Fitness Forever class attendees. You have showed up with enthusiasm to every class we held at the gym, and now you are showing up online too! We couldn't be more proud of you and are very grateful that you are so loyal to our program, to your health, and to the social aspect of your lives too.

There once were some oldies who zoomed,
They were always impeccably groomed.
They’d stretch, balance, and bend,
Their muscles extend,
