Fitness Forever - New Thursday 10am Class!

We are adding a 4th class every week due to high demand! Fitness Forever is a senior program combining low/non-impact cardio, light weight training, balance, flexibility and functional fitness to tone muscles while building endurance. Join us for a fun, safe and effective workout!

Yoga Basics

2-hour workshop for students who are interested in learning more about yoga! Learn basic yoga poses and how to execute them safely and comfortably.

Couples Cooking Class

Partner Up with Your Love, Roommate, Friend, or Neighbor to Learn Heart Healthy Cooking. Join Registered Dietitian Nutritionists Lisa Fligor, MS, RDN, and Dana Dose, RDN, LD, CDE in the kitchen during heart month to:

  • Prepare a healthy, heart-supportive (DELICIOUS) meal
  • Learn tips and tricks to make food prep efficient
  • Explore heart-healthy ways to flavor food
  • Taste prepared foods and take home recipes
