Join us for our 8 week weight management program! Learn how to "Break the Cycle" and jump start your weight loss journey by replacing harmful eating habits with helpful ones. Led by Dana Dose, Registered Dietitian and Health Coach. This class will be held virtually, on Mondays from 12:00-12:30.
