Baby Massage
Join us for this two day, weekend class to bond with your baby and other parents! Babies benefit in so many ways from massage: Improves circulation/digestion, reduces muscular tension, helps with fussiness, promotes bonding, and enhances awareness of being loved, accepted and safe.

We have two great classes to help you survive and thrive through the olidays this year:

  • Authentic Wellness: Thrive through the Holidays- Join this Virtual Live Panel Discussion to Learn about Self Care, Design Thinking and Navigating Holiday Eating, with Justine Nelson, Denice Hynd, and Elizabeth Schenk.

  • Practicing Self Care During the Holidays- This Mindfulness Class will teach you techniques to help you build self care practices to help keep your cup full as you serve and celebrate with others.

Infant Nutrition (Virtual or In Person)
Learn when and how to introduce solid foods to your baby. You can foster a healthy relationship with food, right from the start using a baby-led approach! Learn how to safely and nutritiously start your infant on a path to healthfully eating a wide variety of foods.

Tahoe Forest Cooking Club
Get out of your cooking rut and come get INSPIRED at our monthly Health Supportive Cooking Club!
Each month, our Registered Dietitian, Denice Hynd, will provide a fun and interactive cooking demo. You get to taste test and take home easy, healthy, and delicious recipes!
Upcycled Holiday Stir Fry- Create new meals out of leftovers. No need to buy additional groceries!
