Nancy has always been passionate about health and fitness. She received her BA in Neurobiology at the University of California at Berkeley and worked in pharmaceutical research before moving to the mountains for a “season” in 1998. Her drive to progress in the sport motivated her to compete in Extreme events such as the World Heli-Challenge in Wanaka, New Zealand and amateur level Halfpipe, Slopestyle and Boardercross events at USASA Nationals. She has focused on sport specific training since 2008. Nancy is passionate about helping people improve, whether post rehab or towards performance oriented goals. Nancy has been teaching classes locally for over 15 years. She is guided by her passion to be a positive role model for young and young at heart athletes.
We keep Nancy busy here at the Center for Health. She leads our very popular Pilates Fundamentals Workshops, Boot Camps, and also does personal training.
