Authentic Wellness-Functional Breathing
Functional breathing patterns are designed to improve athletic performance, increase cardiac output and decrease injuries. This talk will be used to discuss concepts that can help an athlete of any age achieve a functional breathing pattern and how they can implement it into their sport or activity as well as its effect on overall core stability during exercise. Tahoe Forest Cooking Club-A Taste of Mexico!
Join our Cooking Club as travel the world. The first stop on the adventure is Mexico. We will be making traditional foods-full of flavor and using healthy and fresh ingredients!
Each month our Registered Dietitian will provide a fun and interactive cooking demo. You get to taste test and take home easy, healthy, and delicious recipes!
