Coral began practicing yoga as exercise and to rehabilitate an ACL-repair, but she soon realized that in addition to the physical benefits of strength, flexibility and balance, she also experienced mental and emotional health benefits. She teaches thoughtfully sequenced classes, focused on muscular engagement and postural alignment, connecting breath with fluid movement, with an element of fun and play, as a practice to integrate the body, mind and spirit. Coral’s goals are to help students feel comfortable in their bodies, learn essential postures safely for long-term practice, and enjoy their journey to be the best version of themselves. Coral has worked with a variety of students, including athletes, seniors, and people recovering from injuries. She looks forward to seeing you in a class or in a personal training session soon!
