Minutes & Agendas

The Tahoe Forest Hospital District Board of Directors meetings are held the fourth Thursday of each month at Tahoe Forest Hospital in the Eskridge Conference Room, located at 10121 Pine Avenue, Truckee, California 96161.

They are open to the public. Any interested members of the public will be provided the opportunity to address the Board of Directors.

In accordance with the Brown Act, meeting agendas are posted throughout the Health System at least 72 hours before a regularly scheduled meeting. In case of a special meeting, agendas will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.

Agendas are posted at least 72 hours before each regular board meeting. Agendas are physically posted in the Emergency Department entrance of Tahoe Forest Hospital. Materials related to an item on the Agenda submitted to the Board of Directors, or a majority of the Board, after distribution of the agenda are available for public inspection in the Administration Office, 10800 Donner Pass Rd, Suite 200, Truckee, CA 96161, during normal business hours.

Minutes from the preceding month are generally approved at each regular board meeting. Approved meeting minutes are posted within 7 days after board approval.
